Shipping Information

All orders are processed and dispatched, once payment has cleared and as soon as possible. Due to the nature of the products and to ensure you receive the freshest products made, orders may be dispatched up to 5 days after you place your order (please take into consideration that these products are handmade).

If you have not received your order within 7 working days following the dispatch email, please contact us via email on info@wilddew.co.uk

Shipping costs depend on destination and are as follows;

UK Standard — £3.99

UK Express — £5.50

International — £12.99

All orders are securely packed to avoid any damage to the delicate contents

 

Returns & Refunds

Our soaps and skincare products are always delighted to be in your company, but if for some reason you wish to cancel your order with us and we have not yet shipped your order, you can notify us and we will issue a refund. 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, If you wish to cancel an order as you have changed your mind, you should notify us within 14 days of delivery and return the products to us within 30 days of delivery if they are not opened or used in any way and are in their original packaging. You will have to arrange and pay the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you take all necessary steps and obtain proof of postage. As items not received would need to be claimed for by yourself. 

If you fail to notify us within 14 days following delivery of the goods, that you wish to cancel the order and obtain a refund, then you would not be entitled to a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please note that we thoroughly inspect returns and we will not refund any item that shows signs of use. 

Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment. We will refund within 14 working days.

If the item you purchased is damaged or you think the item is not as described in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve your problem to your satisfaction. 

Please note that if your order is placed outside the UK: If your country of origin, customs or border control refuses our products because of their natural state, the postage/shipping fee will not be refunded. Also we are not responsible for any local custom charges and this will need to be paid by you.
